- Food is a part of our lives, our health, celebrations and our heritage, when you enter a care facility it shouldn’t be any different. Our culinary team strives daily to provide exceptional food to you our guests. Our potatoes are peeled daily by hand and cookies are made from scratch. We use fresh local food as much as possible, sourcing from local vendors.
- Our seasonal menus are unique to our clients and are developed in consultation with our residents, families, and chefs. We celebrate the holidays and seasons just like you would at home. Our registered dietitian and managers ensure residents with specialized diets have their needs accommodated.
- We provide 3 meals and 3 snacks daily and meet and often exceed all of licensing requirements and Canadas Food Guide recommendations. We are also provide caterings for your special events.
- Continuing education is very important to our company. We conduct monthly staff education sessions for all our staff. Our managers attend conferences, workshops and monthly peer group meetings. Chef Sean and owner Nader are eager to share their culinary knowledge and expertise with all our staff.
